Cambridge College Lima, a member of the Inspired Education Group, is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Head of Secondary. This leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to shape the future of our students and contribute to the school's continued success.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a British or British international school, holding a PGCE/QTS or international equivalent. They will be well-versed in the IB curriculum and possess strong IGCSE experience. The ability to work collaboratively across all age groups, fostering a positive and supportive environment, is essential.

As Head of Secondary, the ideal candidate will lead the development of the Secondary school, ensuring pupils are adequately prepared for iGCSEs and IBDP examinations. They will advise and consult with the Headmaster on all aspects of the Secondary School, deputize in their absence, and support the recruitment of Secondary teachers. The successful candidate will also evaluate and lead the academic development of the Secondary School, monitoring academic standards for both progress and attainment.

This esteemed role involves setting ambitious and aspirational targets for the school, establishing school policy and procedure, and ensuring Inspired policies are adhered to and standards maintained. As an exemplary teacher on a reduced timetable, the Head of Secondary will encourage, support, and advise Heads of Departments/Subject leaders. Their primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and welfare of pupils by implementing our Safeguarding, Health and Safety, GDPR, and other related policies.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the Inspired Education Group.
