As Country Manager for Peru, you will play a vital role in driving our efforts in this region. Your responsibilities will include overseeing our programmes, managing budgets, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and community partners.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic plan in Peru, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and local NGOs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with a strong understanding of the cultural and social context of Peru.

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum reflects your value to our organisation, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
