Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Divisional Engineering Officers to achieve key objectives.
  • Implement corporate and operational plans effectively.
  • Ensure continuity of essential services and funded projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Significant experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Vocational Studies (or equivalent) in civil operations or water operations or a technical trade background.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar, relevant role in wastewater, water or a related industry.
  • Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A current Queensland Driver's licence.
  • Demonstrated understanding of issues impacting Torres Strait Islander people.
