Global Program Director

Nickol Global Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead an anticipated USAID South America Regional Program Cycle and Monitoring, Evaluation, Collaboration, and Learning Support Activity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall vision and leadership for the activity
  • Serve as primary liaison with USAID client, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure adaptive management to achieve activity objectives
  • Maintain compliance with USAID, USG, and local regulations

The successful candidate will oversee activity implementation, ensuring the project achieves its expected results. As the global program director, they will lead and manage the overall activity, responsible for implementation, results, and management. They will supervise and lead the team, develop and oversee contract work plans, budgets, and reports, and ensure quality control.

The Chief of Party will be measured on their ability to:

  • Achieve activity objectives and deliverables
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation
  • Maintain a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Professional Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in program management, preferably in the international development sector
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of achieving results through teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
