They should have demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performance global teams, with a strong focus on delivering KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global Hire strategy that drives business growth and exceeds customer expectations.
- Lead a world-class customer-focused team that delivers exceptional results and exceeds expectations.
- Work closely with Customer Operations to review capacity against demand and agree on related hiring plans, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Build and support a migration process for indirect to direct hiring entities, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal impact on team member experience.
- Evaluate and optimize Employer of Records (EORs) we partner with around the world, ensuring they deliver a great team member experience.
- Analyze data to inform operations and performance management decisions, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Partner with Customer Operations to implement technology, processes, and reporting to ensure a high-performing organization.
