About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the full cycle of payroll processes across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly payroll processing for assigned LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Review and validate payroll data and documentation to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with in-country payroll teams to provide guidance, troubleshoot problems, and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for audit purposes.

A Day in the Life:

As a Compensation Analyst, your day-to-day activities will involve validating employee data, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and providing support to in-country payroll teams. You will also be responsible for drafting monthly reports, escalating concerns to management, and documenting all activities for audit purposes.

The Team:

You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals responsible for managing the full-cycle payroll operations across Argentina, Peru, and Colombia. Our team leverages their expertise in local labor laws, tax regulations, and best practices to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for over 4,500 associates in the region.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1+ year experience in payroll processes, preferably in LATAM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing payroll operations in ARG-PER-COL.
  • Knowledge of payroll-related technologies/systems.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
