Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based therapy team. As a key member of our team, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective student outcomes.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid Louisiana State SLP License.
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
