About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transport Planner to join our logistics team in Punta Hermosa. As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of transportation costs and Kpi's.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to maintain a seamless logistics experience.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Develop strategies to improve supplier homologation and quality assurance.
  • Support the download of merchandise for quality sampling purposes.
  • Create orders in SAP and maintain accurate records in traceability tables.
  • Analyze and report on monthly data related to invoices for BL support.
  • Oversee Self Service centralization cost control processes.
  • Investigate and resolve document discrepancies at the logistic level.
  • Process invoices received as filed documents.
  • Evaluate the delivery process to ensure timely arrival of customer orders.
  • Manage Routings in SAP for supplier settlements.
  • Examine sales invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate the liquidation of compliments without outstanding procedures or comments.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier compliments, updating relevant indicators.
  • Handle the traceability file and initiate charges to be sent to GBS.
  • Prioritize the processing of purchase requisitions for service settlement.
  • Implement organizational policies and measures to ensure employee safety and quality standards.
