**The Opportunity**:
The Director of Infrastructure Engineering is globally responsible for the analysis, design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of all facets of the Credible platform, including the Security, DevOps, NetOps and DBOps teams.

You will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer in identifying and implementing cost-effective technology solutions which keep our products in use 24/7/365.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and provide architecture oversite for a combination of the Infrastructure, DBA, and Cloud Operations teams.
- Fosters a business and client-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and code deployment.
- Implement process metrics and reporting to monitor and identify efficiency opportunities for Technology functions.

**Skills we need**:

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Active Directory and associated technology.
- Thorough knowledge of VMware / cloud virtualization technologies.
- Deep understanding of MS SQL Architecture including multi-site Availability Groups.
- Best practices for server deployments using Windows DSC/MDT configurations.
- Troubleshooting and scale architecture for IIS server deployments.
- Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT operations teams in complex and dynamic environments requiring 24/7 support.
- Architecture level understanding of AWS cloud deployments and monitoring.
