**The Role**

The main responsibilities of the shift manager are to ensure the smooth running of Frango in regards to all things people, product and place. An integral part of the shift manager's role will be to lead by example, ensuring consistency throughout the kitchen and maintaining company standards and expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage an effective, efficient team
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and personal hygiene;
- Defuse and resolve customer complaints
- Help to maintain a good working environment within the company and good working relationships with all other departments in the company;
- Cost control of labour, dry and wet
- Coordinate all aspects of stock management
- Maintain a good working relationship with both your team and our customers
- Deliver exceptional service at all times
- Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required;
- Ensure the venue is always clean and organised as per company expectation
- Ensuring that all spillages and spoilages are recorded properly and are cleared to our high standard.
- Be fully conversant with the Licensing Act 2003;
- Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premise by reporting any possible hazards and conditions to the HSSL manager;
- Have a general awareness of health and safety in relation to all tasks and activities that are undertaken.
- Supervise and assist staff on a daily basis.
- Lead by example for all staff and ensure our high standard customer service requirements are met.
- Responsible for stock storage areas, ensuring they stay neat and tidy at all times.
- Be responsible for cleanliness throughout customer areas, ensuring the company standard is met at all times.

**Salary**: S/.45.00 - S/.50.00 per hour
