Accounts Receivable Specialist will process and monitor compliance with collection processes and policies; ensuring it is done in a timely manner, also, analyze and reconcile customer accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues. And, detect, analyze and verify economic, financial, or any other type of risks.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Monitoring accounts receivable, collecting and directly following up with clients
- Filling out tracking documents
- Bank reconciliation in QB
- Verify payment amounts on customer and supplier platforms
- **Key Competencies**:_
- 1 year of experience in internal audit
- Assistance to external and internal clients (mandatory)
- Previous experience in remote work environment (home office)
- Tax experience (desirable)
- Experience in data analysis and tables (required)
- Experience in HR companies (desirable)
- Self-managementBusiness mentality innovation
- **Pay rate**:_1000 USD monthly

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
