**Job Description** AECOM is looking for a Project Manager
- Hospitals for employment in Lima, Peru.**

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
- Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
- Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
- Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
- Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
- Manages more complex clients and projects.
- Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
- Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
- Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**
- Civil engineer, architect, or a profession related to the type of project, with a + 8 YORE as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Director in infrastructure or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Including Five (5) years of specific experience in hospital infrastructure, clinics, research institutes, and laboratories.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or another equivalent international certification demonstrating their expertise in Project Management.
- Experience with healthcare projects.
