**Preferred Qualifications**

Technical Manager, as a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this consulting manager position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a consulting team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Over 8 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications and / or Engineering carriers. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Work with the team to provide:

- Responsible of technical solution definition with pre-sales team
- Architecture definition (HLD)
- Delivery process definition (Implementation Strategies)
- Assistant OCC Team during the planning phase of the project
- Responsible of Proof of Concept (POC) execution it includes implementation, testing and conclusion.
- Troubleshooting Support to OCC Team in complex scenarios
- Handle escalations with PLM, Eng and TAC Team.
- Responsible to test new features
- Involvement in 5G Oracle forums to keep up with the evolution of solutions, make contributions in the process definitions, testing and others.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with managerial responsibility leading consulting services and implementation teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practice in Telecom
- Ability to manage remote teams with members distributed in different countries within Latin American Region and Asia.
- Experience working in a multi-projects environment supporting all Latin America countries
- Technical expertise with strong analytical skills to support the success of delivering consulting projects
- Excellent communication skills to enable proper interface and communication with our customer's management teams
- Ability to motivate, drive by results and inspire a team during the execution of the contracted services with our customers
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentations skills.
- Ability to interpret and develop detailed network/system drawing and excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
- Knowledge & Experience of subscriber database technologies: HLR, HSS, SPR, EIR, ENUM, AAA, SDS, MySQL, DB query/scripting (pearl/python).
- Knowledge & experience with platforms framework and Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, Windows, Cloud Native (OpenShift, VMWare or Oracle), Cloud (OCI/AWS) Kubernetes (K8s), Grafana, Kibana, Jaeger, Jenkins, and Selenium.
- Openstack and Kubernetes certification preferred.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with Field service experience in customer facing roles.
- Ability to effectively deal with multiple activities, changing priorities, organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure in critical situations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, for domestic and international travel and willing to work in shifts.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

This manager-level position is responsible for people management and sales enablement. May also be responsible for project oversight of staff augmentation projects.

Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and business results for assigned area of responsibility. Typically manages individual contributors and/or entry-level managers. Monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). May serve as project advisor for moderately complex engagements.

8+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus. Ability to travel as needed.
