**Overview**:
At Blue Crown Technologies, we merge healthcare expertise with cutting-edge technology to create systems that enhance healthcare delivery. We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer to architect and build robust data solutions that support our healthcare analytics and decision-making platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines to integrate, process, and analyze large volumes of complex healthcare data.
- Work with healthcare standards such as FHIR and HIPAA to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that aid in healthcare decision-making.
- Optimize data retrieval and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues to maintain high data quality and integrity.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and advocate for their adoption where they can add value to our healthcare data platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on healthcare data.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or Scala.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools for creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
