**About the Role**:
Our client is looking for a **front-end leaning Founding Software Engineer**to help build and scale **complex data-capturing and processing workflows**across web and desktop environments.

This is a **high-impact, early engineering role**where the engineer will work closely with the founding team, own projects end-to-end, and help define engineering best practices from the ground up. The role offers significant autonomy and direct influence over both product direction and technical architecture.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and optimize **high-throughput data pipelines**operating under heavy load
- Collaborate closely with founders to define product strategy and ship features quickly
- Own projects end-to-end, from design through production
- Establish engineering best practices and support future team growth

**Tech Stack**:

- **Frontend**:TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js
- **Backend**:Node.js, Python
- **Infrastructure**:Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch
- **Cloud**:AWS, GCP

**What They’re Looking For**:

- Solid full-stack experience, including backend development with **Node.js and/or Python**
- Experience working with **data-intensive systems**or high-throughput pipelines
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in early-stage startups or founding engineering teams
- Background in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or internal tooling
- Exposure to AI, ML, or data platforms

**Compensation & Details**:

- **Salary**:USD $60,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
- **Equity**:Competitive equity package
