Fraud and Risk Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Fraud/Risk Control Specialist to join our gaming industry team. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud detection and user behavior analysis, with the ability to effectively identify and assess potential risks to protect our company and users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze player behavior, identify and handle fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake accounts, cheating, fraudulent transactions, etc.
- Develop and optimize risk control strategies and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of risk identification.
- Use data analysis tools and techniques to mine and analyze large amounts of user data, discovering abnormal patterns.
- Work closely with the technical team to improve and optimize the risk control system.
- Conduct in-depth investigations and analyses of risk events, proposing improvement measures.
- Participate in the formulation of company policies and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of risk management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Risk Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in risk management or fraud detection, experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex data and situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and management at all levels.
- Deep understanding and sensitivity to risks and fraudulent behaviors in the gaming industry.

**Salary**: S/.11,000.00 - S/.20,000.00 per month
