To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced **QA LEAD**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Propose solutions and/or functional and non-functional improvements to the software.
- Lead the quality chapter, promoting the training and growth of QA analysts.
- Promote and follow up to meet the operational objectives planned in the OKR quarter for the QA chapter.
- Provide scope and time for the requirements according to the needs of the teams.
- Interact with different managers or technology areas to ensure the quality of the software.
**Requirements/Skills**:
- 5 years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst/Test Analyst/QA Engineer/Test Automation Analyst and 3 or more years leading software quality teams.
- Software Engineer/Systems Engineer or related
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification, ISTQB Agile Tester, Test Manager, ISQTB Automation Engineer. (required) Scrum Fundamentals Certification (required)
- Cloud Infrastructure Experience: AWS Amazon, Azure
- Version Control Experience with Git
- Performance Testing Process Cycle Experience
- Knowledge of maturity models for quality (Desirable)
- Specialization in Projects with an agile approach or PMP, Master's degree in IT, Management 3.0 (Desirable)
