**AP/AR Accountant**:
**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an accountant professional with experience in financial routines with at least 4 years of experience in same positions to perform the following functions:

- Analyzes and manages the company's financial resources and cash flow. Their role is to understand the level of receipts and expenditures and predict the need for resources in the company, as well as interact with other areas and evaluate the processes that impact the company's cash flow and propose the necessary improvements.
- Relationship with banks and foreign exchange brokers and Monitoring transactions and carrying out daily bank reconciliations
- Preparing cash flow, analyzing movements and suggesting improvements
- Understanding the business and suggesting the implementation of internal controls
- Ensuring the correct implementation of accounts payable, checking and making payments on time
- Requesting approvals within the respective scope
- Checking receipts, making the appropriate write-offs and reconciling the accounts
- Negotiating exchange rates for international bank transfers (incoming and outgoing)
- Registering customers and suppliers and reviewing them
- Supporting the finance team with administrative interactions with the bank and brokers (employee loans through the bank, insurance policies, credit cards, bank file problems, for example)
- Assisting the tax department to check the taxes on outgoing invoices
- Assisting internal and external auditors

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Tools needed:

- Office Advanced (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- SAP (Hanna S-4) (not exclusive)
- Languages Required: English (advanced)
