**Fundamental Requirements**
- United States native or near-native English proficiency. Must be able to communicate fluently and confidently with US-based executives.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, English, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of English content writing experience and highly skilled in B2B English marketing campaign execution and optimization.
- Quick and clear verbal and written communicator who can handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience working with a wide variety of companies and can understand businesses quickly with a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing operations.
- Proficiency in market targeting, segmentation, and list building using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM systems, no code/low code apps, and data flows.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in marketing or operations-related roles.

**About the Role**

As our **Chief Operations Officer (COO)**, you will oversee the company’s core operational and client-facing functions, ensuring excellence in execution and innovation. Beyond managing accounts and marketing workflows, you will be directly responsible for driving **market targeting strategies, client retention initiatives, and operational scalability**.

**Responsibilities**
