**Role Summary**

We are seeking an **Associate Director** with a minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience to join our high-performing advisory team. This is a leadership role focused on deal execution, client interface, and mentorship of junior talent. You’ll quarterback M&A and capital advisory transactions across a diverse set of industries, with direct exposure to senior partners and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead execution of live transactions (M&A, capital raising, strategic advisory)
- Oversee modeling, valuation, and deliverable preparation (IMs, teasers, CIMs, decks)
- Interface directly with clients, lawyers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
- Manage workstreams during diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closing
- Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts to drive high-quality output
- Contribute to idea generation and client development efforts

**Required Qualifications**
- 3 years of investment banking experience, ideally with cross-border exposure
- Advanced modeling and valuation capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint fluency required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Spanish and English fluency mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage deal processes and drive transactions to completion
- Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST/CST time zones

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in Latin America and the Caribbean markets
- Familiarity with sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials
- Background in private equity, corporate development, or restructuring a plus
