**Company Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated student who wants to learn and build a career on the Finance & Admin area. As the Admi & Finance Intern, you will work closely with the local finance team to provide support with budget control, provide applicable insights and administrative processes within the Andean region (Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay & Uruguay).

**Invoices**
- Helps creating purchasing order in SAP
- Verify with the Defensive Line that all Invoices and refunds meet the establiched requirements
- Manage the registration of all Invoices in SAP
- Follow up the status of invoices

**Administrative**
- Provide help to the Project Specialist with the assets control for the Andean Region
- Participate in Purchasing projects
- Helps with planning and organizing internal events for the Andean team

**Finance**
- Supports the finance team with analyzing financial information.
- Supports the finance team with the design of presentations.

**Qualifications**:
University Enrollment in Industrial Engineer, Finance, Business Administration or related

Available to work part-time

Interest in Finance, with basic know-how in accounting and in principle a person who is good with numbers

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Experience with Excel sheets and numbers analysis is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality

Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product
Intermediate English
