**As an Sales Rockstar you will**:

- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers, agents, and all parties involved in the sales process.
- Provide data and guidance to help the sales team, keep CRM, reports and pertinent information updated.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (sales metrics).
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Track sales trends and pursue new business opportunities.
- Liaise with sales directors to help with specific sales strategies.
- Stay up to date on new product and feature releases and make sure the sales team is up to date.
- Ensuring excellent service and customer experience.
- Propose improvements in the sales process.
