**Summary**
We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.

**As an Sales Rockstar you will**:

- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers, agents, and all parties involved in the sales process.
- Provide data and guidance to help the sales team, keep CRM, reports and pertinent information updated.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (sales metrics).
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Track sales trends and pursue new business opportunities.
- Liaise with sales directors to help with specific sales strategies.
- Stay up to date on new product and feature releases and make sure the sales team is up to date.
- Ensuring excellent service and customer experience.
- Propose improvements in the sales process.

**It only takes to be**:

- Currently enrolled in the university studying sales or tourism.
- Spanish (English is a plus).
- Must have knowledge of best sales and customer service practices and also be able to interpret sales metrics and targets.
- Able to help build and maintain good customer relationships and ensure the smooth running of the sales team.
- Able to provide a university letter confirming the internship period.
- Ready to learn and have fun.
