**What you'll do in this position**

As our first Business Analyst in Peru (4th hire), you will work hand to hand with the local founding team to help launch and establish operations in Peru. You will be reporting to the Operations team but will be supporting other teams as needed. In this role you will:

- Analyse data and rollout projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exercise your analytical skills: bring your hypothesis; let's test them together
- Help streamline and improve current operational processes to support our growth plans
- Work closely with different teams in a collaboratively environment to bring the best possible experience for our merchants
- Conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy and key strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage data related projects, and cultivate and enhance relationship with stakeholders.

**You'll be a great fit for this position if**:

- You speak fluent Spanish and English - you'll be part of a truly global team :)
- You a have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- You are highly motivated, hands-on, focused and striving to learn and improve your skills
- You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable with a vast amount of data
- You love numbers and are an Excel power user
- You are familiar with the basics of SQL and interested in learning more
- You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - you are able to communicate ideas and concepts with team members from a wide range of countries and cultures, and to build strong and productive relationships.
- You have 0-2 years of experience
