**We attend the office twice per week.

The Opportunity:
You are responsible for the creation and coordination of detailed plans for Engineering initiatives, promoting active communication and participation across all stakeholder groups, and driving project outcomes in alignment with company objectives.

You are a talented and resourceful individual who is ready to jump into several large initiatives. You will utilize your exceptional experience in project management in a large-scale software engineering environment to drive significant initiatives to completion.

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple Engineering Operations initiatives of varying degrees of complexity utilizing both innovative and disciplined approaches.
- Collaborate with multiple Engineering departments to deliver initiatives on time, to expectation, and within budget.
- Build, manage & monitor the project plan, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure that impediments are identified and resolved. Raise issues to the appropriate personnel to remove impediments to delivery progress.
- Provide transparency of progress to milestones, issues and risks using both verbal and written communication.
- Provide internal and external communication and radiate information throughout the organization.
- Ensure that key metrics are captured, analyzed for improvement opportunities, and published to stakeholders.
- Lead the process of Continuous Improvement and shares Lessons Learned.
- Expand on industry knowledge and best practices. Identify and implement ways of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Engineering Department.

Qualifications:

- Technical/bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related careers.
- Advanced English.
- Solid project management experience with a background in executing engineering operations or infrastructure engineering projects.
- Formal project management skills: scope management, schedule development, budgeting, team and task management, process management, risk and issue management, quality assurance.
- Proficiency in industry standard Project/Portfolio Management tools.
- Proficiency in software tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
