Supervisión integral del sistema de dosificación de productos químicos aplicados por Solenis para el tratamiento de aguas industriales y/o de proceso.
- Gestión y control de inventarios de productos químicos, asegurando stock.
- Control y optimización del consumo de productos químicos ( FLAT), revisando el manejo operativo y reducción de costos.
- Verificación y aseguramiento del correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de dosificación, incluyendo la planificación y ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
- Coordinación constante con jefaturas de proceso y producción para implementar cambios de dosificación y cumplir con los parámetros de calidad requeridos por el cliente.
- Elaboración y seguimiento de reportes técnicos sobre el control y desempeño de los productos químicos aplicados, evaluando su performance diario y mensual.
- Desarrollo y actualización de procedimientos internos del equipo de trabajo, estandarizando las operaciones.
- Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad para todo el equipo
