The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking programme director to join our established and growing team in Peru.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for overall programme and project management function, providing leadership, integration and management of PMO processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of the PEIP-EB programme delivery.
- Be responsible for implementing high-quality service delivery to support the successful procurement, construction and completion and handover of 75 schools that form the PEIP-EB programme.
- Managing all PMO and project controls functional workstreams.
- Oversight of the responsibility for all commercial and technical design functional workstreams.
- Reporting directly to the PEIP-EB executive director.
About you
You have 15+ years of track record in project delivery, experience in complex multi-disciplinary and large-scale projects with a minimum value of 800m USD, previous school or education experience, management of complex stakeholders, bringing them together to find solutions and ensure effective decision-making, attention to detail to negotiate difficult delivery programmes and commercial scenarios to the client’s advantage, significant experience integrating and coordinating complex scope and is comfortable working in environments that are technically or administratively challenging, professionalism and diplomacy wisely used to develop effective relationships across consultant, client and contractor teams.
