Digital Specialist Latam Cluster

**The Position**

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Lead and is responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of digital actions ensuring the correct execution in the strategic framework of acquisition, retention and engagement across the entire portfolio. We are searching for a passionate of the Digital Marketing contribute to the growth of the brand digitally and the good management of communication with its database both B2B and with B2C audiences. In this position, you will be responsible for support all aspects of our digital marketing operations. This role will contribute to grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate in innovation projects and market analysis, detecting patterns of behavior of our main audiences to provide references of the digital environment to the organization
- Develop reports and monitor campaign.
- Track and oversee our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Coordinate all relevant departments, including Portfolio, Finance and Sales, to ensure an effective information flow.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Liaise with local Legal & Compliance and Business Practice departments to provide them with all the information to check contents/initiatives and to perform a proper risk assessment if needed. Guarantee the proper process to ensure the approvals.

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- ** A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position - required**
- ** Advanced to Fluent English - required**
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- ** Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.**
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
