**Overview**:We are a leading real estate investment company specializing in multi-family properties, seeking a Web Designer to revamp and maintain our website. This role requires enhancing the site's functionality and user experience to align with our marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Redesign and update the website to improve aesthetics and usability.
- Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in visual and technical aspects of our web presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Elementor and experienced in maintaining websites using this platform.
- Strong skills in CSS and HTML.
- Demonstrated ability to produce visually appealing and functional web designs.
- Portfolio that includes examples of previous web design projects.

**Salary Range**:$1200 - $1500 per month, based on experience.
