We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Tour Coordinator to oversee all aspects of guest experiences.

**Position Overview**

The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, managing, and ensuring the flawless execution of tours and guest services for all Inca Trail, Salkantay, Rainbow Mountain, and Cusco area tour packages. This role is essential to delivering our promise of world-class guest experiences from booking to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily and multi-day tours for Inca Trail, Salkantay Trek, Rainbow Mountain, and Cusco region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests pre-arrival, during their tour, and post-departure.
- Liaise with guides, transportation providers, accommodation partners, and activity operators to ensure smooth logistics.
- Manage tour schedules, guest itineraries, permits, transportation, accommodations, and guide assignments.
- Monitor and verify that all required permits, tickets, and documentation are secured.
- Handle last-minute changes, guest requests, and problem-solving during operations.
- Maintain excellent communication with guests, providing timely updates and assistance.
- Ensure all tours meet or exceed Inca Trek’s quality standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in training guides and support staff on service standards, itinerary knowledge, and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide accurate tour information and availability.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Deep knowledge of the Inca Trail, Salkantay Trek, Rainbow Mountain, and the Cusco area.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a tour coordinator, operations manager, or similar role in the travel/tourism industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solver with a proactive and flexible mindset.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and regulations related to the Inca Trail and other Peruvian attractions.
- Tech-savvy with experience in tour management or CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: S/.2,000.00 - S/.7,000.00 per month
