IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and errors.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT field.
- Provide training and support to users on new systems and technologies.
- Maintain network security by regularly monitoring all access points and providing vulnerability reports to management.
- Propose new ideas to CTO and management to implement IT infrastructure solutions for a growing organization.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Fluent in English

**Salary**: S/.3,000.00 per month
