We are looking for people with back office experience who are punctual and can write properly in English.

Pay will be discussed upon hire as we are screening for multiple law firms right now.

The role would be an administrative worker with an immigration law firm. We are working with sensitive information in a complex area of law.

You must be comfortable learning new things on a daily basis and dealing with change quickly as laws change often that affect this industry.

We have a lot of resources on this and don't expect you to be an expert in immigration law.

You must be able to work any US time zone if our client requires it. Some of the law firms we work with are in different states.

Your role will be doing “intake” which is the industry term for the administrative side of signing up new clients for the immigration firm.

This is a work-from-home position and you must have stable internet, your own computer/laptop, headset, and whatever else is needed to provide services for us.

You will be paid as a contractor. So you will need to have your own banking solution to be paid.

MUST SPEAK AND WRITE 100% FLUENT ENGLISH

Daily activities include:

- Doing client onboarding/intake
- This involves: document collection, opening digital files, communicating with clients on behalf of legal staff, and doing time consuming tasks for the lawyers and legal professionals.
- Sending agreements for the lawyer(s)
- Learning about US immigration
- Answering messages for the lawyers
- Booking consultations
- Following up on people the lawyers have spoken to
- Doing client satisfaction surveys
- Sending agreements

Very important things to working in this position:

- Answering phone calls
- Full fluency in English and other needed language(s)
- Taking notes after every call
- Making follow up tasks with each person you contact
- Communicating quickly with the team
- Being professional on the phone
- Not using vulgar or derogatory language
- Being punctual (you are working as an employee at a law firm)
- Writing with proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling in English and other needed language(s)
