**Project Description**:
The client is a fully-integrated Energy Storage developer, technology company and asset manager. Using Proprietary Software, they deliver end-to-end projects with available in-house financing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with internal and external customers to understand cases of use and necessary functions.
- Work with key stakeholders to strategize and collect technical requirements and be able to document, organize and delegate technical requirements effectively in JIRA.
- Interact with the internal software development team for the planning, monitoring and execution of sprints.
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions.
- Gather, process and plan all the requirements for the ongoing customer change requests.
- Interface between the functional teams of the company around a project, to include stakeholders in Quality Assurance, Customer Success, Software development, Design, Marketing, Sales and Management of the company.
- Share knowledge across the team by promoting the best practices and communication of learning
- Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and processes of the company
- Evaluate software tools related to project management

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate both internally and externally with clients executive level.
- Detail-oriented documentation skills to communicate, effectively delegate and manage project requirements and relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate internal and external relationships, master the difficult situations in a professional manner and ability to motivate and inspire coworkers.
- Leader with creative problem-solving skills who is able to research and implement new solutions along with determination and Patience to see projects through to successful completion.
- Operate with a sense of urgency and great attention to detail.
- Technical knowledge:

- AWS
- Backend: Java / Golang / Others
- APIs / Microservices
- Database administration
- More than 5 years of relevant experience- More than 3 years of experience working in technology teams in various project/program roles.
- Able to develop collaborative relationships between teams, functions and individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated ingenuity to establish priorities and propose new paths to achieve the desired results.
- Experience with agile/scrum processes (Scrum certification preferred)
- Consistent track record of success driving projects from inception to completion ending.
- Proven communicator with the ability to facilitate discussions toward goals shared.
- Experience creating robust presentations / product updates leadership in Google Slides / Powerpoint.
- Enthusiastic, full of positive energy and able to maintain grace, sense of humor and perspective under pressure.
- Domain of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Bitbucket, Trello and Zoom
