**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination**: Clarify job expectations and collaborate with the Head Recruiter to maintain accurate records and smooth workflows.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Recruitment/HR experience preferred.

**Work Details**:

- **Setting**: Remote
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST (1-hour lunch).

Pay: S/.2,625.00 - S/.3,375.00 per month
