**Position **Overview**:
Reporting to the FP&A Team Leader, and as an integral part of Questel’s Financial Planning & Analysis Team, this role will help structure the Group FP&A by automating processes, building KPIs, improving reliability of financial data, and becoming a true business partner with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Financial statement modeling, budget preparation & variance analysis, and revenue forecasting to help drive decision-making for management
- Partner closely with all Questel subsidiaries to ensure FP&A meets their needs and help with decision-making and strategy
- Standardize and automate reports
- Audit and organize systems and tools used within the group to produce KPIs, specifically BI tools
- Integrate reporting of new subsidiaries and/or activities into the Questel group and ensure managers have visibility into financials, KPIs, trends, metrics, etc.
- Work closely with Sales & Operations leadership to understand their needs and offer support
- Collect and interpret data, build usable dashboards, scorecards, and other analytics
- Import, manipulate, and analyze large amounts of operational data
- Develop financial and data models and tools that provide a platform to monitor and measure strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions
- Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including revenue, expenses, gross margin, and capital expenditures
- Support business development and strategic planning activities
- Prepare presentations for Questel leadership and other stakeholders
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Work on FP&A transversal projects and proactively contribute to the FP&A team’s development
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

**Education and Experience**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a similar position within an international group or delivering similar services also required. In addition, any combination of education, professional experience, and training provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Advanced analytical skills and experience in project management tools implementation/migration
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, regression analysis, creation of dynamic dashboards, etc.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and CRM software preferred
- Ability to manage a project timeline and raise risks to the project, as appropriate
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Motivation and willingness to take on ambiguous problems, and to push through collaboratively to achieve lasting solutions
- Highly motivated with a drive to continually improve and optimize
- Willing to occasionally manage and deliver projects during non-standard hours
- Exceptional judgment, discretions, and integrity
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
- Ability to be pragmatic, diplomatic, and persistent in the implementation of controls and resolution of identified control deficiencies

- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in French and German preferred
