**Role Description**: We are looking for a part-time **Operations Associate** to join the Slate Brands travel retail team. This position will directly support the travel retail team in research, outreach, planning, and organizing key data related to travel retail. The goal is to assist and work across various platforms, create and maintain strong relationships, find data within travel retail, and understand company systems.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to our Travel Retail Strategist.
- Organize and manage data through Google Sheets.
- Plan and attend shows and conferences.
- Conduct calls and meetings with key contacts.
- Potential for a portion of the role to develop into sales.
- Identify new contacts within the Travel Retail industry.
- Draft and manage documentation, contracts, and other essential business agreements.
- Collaborate with the team to build out a new department with high potential to scale.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support business operations and objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken). Interview will be in English.
- Basic understanding of travel retail and duty-free.
- Strong communication skills.
- Interest in beauty and a keen eye for trends.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be resourceful when needed.
- Understanding of emerging technology and different retailers, both locally and U.S.based.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.**About Us**:

**Details**:Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY, but this is a remote position.
