**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- 2 + years of experience in process management area in Service Management.

Skills in Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management mainly in distributed and network area.
Have knowledge and experience at least in 2 of the listed areas.
- Perform Process Mgmt for Configuration Management.
- Perform Process Mgmt for Change Management.
- Perform Process Mgmt for Incident/Major Incident Management.
- Perform Process Mgmt for Problem Management.

Responsible for creating the management system of the process, to communicate and disseminate the status continuously to all levels (managers, technical team) - using dashboard tools. Ex. Power Bi
Manage the implementation of best practices improvements.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2 + years of experience in process management area in Service Management.

- Provide Audit support for internal and external reviews e.g. pre-audit preparation activities, support data collection, respond to data
- Data communication skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate English
- Support Teamwork & Collaboration
- Ability to liaise with all levels of people from technical team to Account Executives
