We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Lead** to spearhead our recruitment efforts, develop a high-performing team, and optimize hiring strategies. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader passionate about building talent pipelines, mentoring recruiters, and driving operational excellence in talent acquisition.
**Role Overview**:
As the **Talent Acquisition Lead**, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Talent Acquisition team, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring a data-driven approach to hiring. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to build a **robust talent pipeline**, streamline hiring processes, and report on key **metrics and KPIs** to measure success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership & Team Development**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Align the Talent Acquisition team with business objectives to support scalable growth.
**2. Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy**:
- Leverage **multiple sourcing channels** (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals) to attract both active and passive talent.
- Implement innovative recruiting techniques to improve talent acquisition efficiency.
**3. Metrics, Reporting & Process Optimization**:
- Track and analyze **key hiring metrics and KPIs** (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, diversity hiring).
- Generate reports to provide actionable insights and continuously improve hiring strategies.
**4. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration**:
- Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with company objectives.
- Set expectations on hiring timelines, market insights, and best practices for structured interviewing.
- Communicate hiring updates and challenges, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Enhance **HireTeem’s employer brand** through social media, recruitment campaigns, and industry networking.
- Promote **diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)** in all hiring initiatives.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading a recruitment team. **Leadership**: Proven ability to develop and manage a team of recruiters.
**Pipeline Management**: Experience in building and maintaining a scalable talent pipeline.
**Data-Driven**: Strong analytical skills with experience tracking hiring metrics and optimizing strategies. **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in ATS platforms (Fountain, Lever, Workday, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
**Stakeholder Management**: Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership.
**DEI & Employer Branding**: Passion for inclusive hiring and employer branding strategies.
