Overview
The Program Manager role combines leadership with hands-on operational support. While the Program Manager may assist with day-to-day tasks when needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations, the primary focus of the role is to plan strategically for growth, organize workflows, oversee processes, conduct audits, monitor team performance, and ensure that all program activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and according to established procedures. The Program Manager is responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement, supporting team accountability, and ensuring a high-quality experience for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Program Coordinator and/or Program Assistant in their daily responsibilities.
- Ensure workflows, deadlines, and operational procedures are followed consistently.
- Assist staff members with operational tasks as needed to maintain smooth program execution. Educational Program Development
- Lead the development and implementation of continuing education (CE) materials and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Dean of Education to ensure educational decisions align with instructional standards and program objectives.
- Approve new class schedules.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation are followed and periodically reviewed.
- Stay informed on healthcare interpreting industry trends, regulations, and educational standards, and attend industry events. Administrative & Systems Management
- Audit of student logs, support inboxes, and operational tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate use of systems such as Thinkific, Zoho, Flipgrid, SalesIQ, and Microsoft Office tools. Strategic & Marketing Support
- Oversee marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and budget coordination.
- Plan strategically for growth and confirm approach with Program Director. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related business field preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or supervising administrative or educational support staff.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing simultaneous projects. Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to continuously improve processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support educational operations effectively. Other information:

- Schedule: (M-F) between 10:30 am
- 12:30 pm until 7:30 pm
- 9:30 pm (depending on the time in the U.

- There are classes held on Saturdays. While regular Saturday work is not required, there may occasionally be a need to step in and provide coverage for the Program Assistant during vacations or sick leave. Pay: S/.4,000.00
