En Zoluxiones, empresa de Soluciones Digitales y Servicios de TI con mas de 10 años de experiência en el mercado y presencia en el Perú, se encuentra en la busqueda del mejor talento para la posición de **Process Designer/Analista de procesos.**
**Requisitos**:
- Profesional (Ing. Sistemas, Informática, Computación, Ing. Industrial o afines).
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en el puesto o afines.
- Experiência en empresas de Banca, Seguros o afines.
- Conocimiento avanzado en áreas de gestión de procesos
- Conocimiento en Procesos, Eficiencia, Mejora Continua, Transformación
- Experiência en la gestión de Procesos y mejora continua
- Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles (scrum, agile, kanban)
- Lean Management & Six Sigma en nível esperado
**Funciones**:
- Análisis de información
- Analiza, diseña y rediseña los procesos clave de la compañía buscando la eficiencia y eficacia, simplicidad e innovación con la finalidad de garantizar la experiência ideal para los clientes
- Participa en la identificación de puntos de dolor y asesora en la priorización de los puntos en los que se debe trabajar
- Diseña el proceso To-Be, en base al diagnóstico de los Customer journeys (Flujo N4- con usuario, funcional, TI, Service Designer)
- Participa en solución de propuestas de mejora con el Service Designer
- Gestiona los procesos con metodologías y herramientas como: SPC, Mapas de procesos, Lean & Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, Mejora continua, Poka Yoke, herramientas estadísticas, entre otras
