Hello As a **Real Estate Dispositions Agent/Transaction Coordinator** for our U.S.based real estate investment company, your core responsibility is to oversee the efficient sale of real estate assets, ensuring maximum returns on investment for the organization. **This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE POSITION. Salary plus commission**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Handle the disposition process for our real estate properties, including listing, marketing, and selling.
- Set appointments for potential buyers and Realtors to view properties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, buyer interactions, and appointment schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service to our sellers and potential buyers.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to help sell our properties.
- Assist in negotiating sales contracts with potential buyers, coordinating inspections, communicating with the title company, and facilitating the closing process.

**Requirements**:

- **At least one year experience** working in real estate is a must.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Strong internet and phone connection is a MUST.
- Must work EST hours - 9 am - 6 pm (1 hour lunch break). Availability for taking calls on nights/weekends when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other real estate tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Having availability to answer incoming calls on nights/weekends is a must.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- $1000/month salary
- Commission on closed deals (minimum $100 per deal)
- Paid time off
