ERM is seeking a Mining Project Manager to join our consultancy team in Lima or Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

- Manage environmental and social impact assessment projects from start to finish.
- Ensure quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate internal and external project teams.
- Serve as the main client contact for project matters.
- Oversee delivery of technical reports and stakeholder documentation.
- Develop and oversee multi-disciplinary field programs

Requirements:

- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related.
- Field level experience in a mining setting
- 7+ years of experience in ESIA or project management, including schedule and cost control
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects.
- Client-facing experience and business acumen.
- Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
