We are looking for a SEO Specialist/ Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing in advancing the priorities for the marketing and development departments, which functions like an in-house agency for the company. The SEO Specialist/ Digital Marketing Specialist needs to be passionate about SEO/SEM to help optimize and expand our digital footprint. You will be responsible for managing all SEO/SEM activities such as content strategy, link building, PPC Ads, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works directly with Director of Marketing to plan & implement online campaigns & SEO strategies that align with company’s KPIs and marketing goals
- Responsible for the management of multiple brands
- Regularly creates, analyzes, and presents insightful and useful SEO performance reports for the company’s website(s)
- Assist with analysis of SEO issues & work with development team to formulate concrete solutions based off findings.
- Identify growth opportunities in core areas such as site infrastructure, keyword selection, or on-page factors optimization.
- Research and network with fellow SEO Specialists to stay on top of SEO industry changes, social trends and search engine updates
- Launch optimized online ads through Google Adwords, Instagram, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

- Continue development of up-to-date SEO standard methodologies & strategies
- Manage and integration of all the company's digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Website, Mailing.

- Additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and SEO
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience managing branding and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Page Speed, Google Mobile Friendly test, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Screaming Frog, SEO Moz, Yoast, Google Search Console and SEMrush among others.
- Create and configure the integration of platforms through APIs and configure events (Tag Manager) and Google Analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing or relevant field preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience with SEO and/or SEM Required
