We’re looking for **a Compliance Analyst** to bring a strong culture of risk prevention, compliance and ethics to Softline. You’ll be a part of our Ethics, Risk and Compliance **Global team**

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with the team to promote the Compliance culture. (Communication campaigns, trainings)
- Preparation and delivery of area reports for local, regional or global purposes.
- Assistance in reviews of the processes and activities of the Compliance sector.
- Assistance in reviewing the quality of the internal processes of the area (internal control). Monitoring and follow-up.
- Assistance in the control of compliance and monitoring of the policies/processes whose “owner”.
- Support in the design and implementation of policies, methods and controls
- Compliance with applicable policies and procedures and reporting of incidents
- Analyze current regulations and regulatory changes.

**Skills**
- Intermediate/advanced student of Law, Administration, Sociology, Political Science, Actuary.
- Fluent English (Advance); basic Portuguese.
- Experience of working in a multinational company and a complex, matrixed environment is a significant plus
- Strong data analytic skills and experience.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on drive and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Time Management
