**About the team**:
Assist in the operational aspects of PES Delivery Capacity Leader for Latin America.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Business Analyst for Global Partner Organization

**Location**: Lima, Peru

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Monitoring of business main KPIs
- Development and Update of monthly/quarterly performance decks, focus on Partners Delivery Capacity Goals
- Support Partners on BDF (Budget for Development Funds) Process

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a current university student (finance / economics undergrad preferred: accountant, actuary, business administration)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Required customer-face abilities for supporting partners.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work with mínimal direction.
- Pro-active work ethic and strong initiative
- Very strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured thinking
