**About the client**:
Our client is a digital marketing agency based in the USA. They're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to create effective marketing online campaigns with automated, repetitive tasks.

**About the role**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Developing and executing marketing automation strategies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Configuring and managing marketing automation platforms, including popular tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Zapier.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to pinpoint automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, offering insights, and recommending optimizations.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to ensure we're ahead of the curve.
- Providing training and support to team members on utilizing marketing automation tools and processes effectively.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven track record in a Marketing Automation Specialist role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in multiple marketing automation platforms like Zapier HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset coupled with a drive for continual growth.
- Capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

**Position**: Marketing Automation Specialist

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Preferred Location**: Global

**Working Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm EST

**Holidays**: US Local Holidays

**Salary**: USD 1200 to USD 2500 per month
