In this position, you will have a key role in the Motion Business in Peru. In this role you will drive production efficiency by creating and maintaining detailed production schedules, executing daily, plant-level materials requirement planning to meet delivery schedules and ensure on time delivery to all customers.

**This position reports to**:
Workshop Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Generating detailed production schedules to maximize the use of resources and meet production specifications and schedules.
- Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates in line with the master plan.
- Monitoring performance, identifying root causes of any deviations and implementing relevant improvements.
- Assisting Production Planners with clear communication of any production capacity issues, and details of material availability.

**Your background**:

- Superior Technician in Mechanics, Electricity or related.
- 10 years of experience in engine maintenance and repair.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced English.
