**The Position**:

- We're looking to hire one Technical Leader AWS Engineer to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build _: You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- 4+ years of experience as a team lead or technical leader.
- Experience doing AWS integrations.
- Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE.
- Ensuring control over the technical design and any ad-hoc notifications to deliver an AWS cloud solution
- Offer daily guidance to MT developers to ensure that their development discussions and clarifications align with the architecture design and meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with QA, Security, and Performance teams to incorporate non-functional requirements into the development effort of the MDA project. This ensures that the modernized MDA AWS solution meets business capacity and other performance benchmarks.
