Introducción
Estamos buscando la posición de Engineer, FS and LCS Planning & Cost para unirse a nuestro equipo de Strategic Planning. Serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar la planificación económica del servicio en campo especificado en el contrato/orden de servicio asegurando que las actividades administrativas se encuentren dentro de los parámetros definidos (presupuestos meta, costos, venta, rentabilidad, etc). Esta posición reportará al Team Leader, Engineer FS and LCS Planning and Cost del área.
Esta posición se encuentra principalmente en Arequipa.
Que harás
Estimación de costos y análisis económico de servicios/proyectos, incluyendo CAPEX, OPEX y cambios de alcance.
Elaboración y control del presupuesto anual, asegurando alineación con la realidad operativa.
Seguimiento financiero y generación de reportes de desempeño e indicadores clave (KPIs).
Control de costos y cronogramas, con preparación de forecast, análisis de variaciones y valor ganado.
Gestión de riesgos y contingencias, participando en talleres y simulaciones de impacto.
Supervisión del avance de proyectos, validación in situ y control de cambios.
Soporte a propuestas técnicas/económicas y administración de contratos (incluyendo tipo LCS).
Optimización continua de herramientas y procesos de estimación, planificación y gestión de servicios.
A quién buscamos
Egresado/a o Bachiller de Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
Mínimo de 5 años de experiência laboral, desempeñando funciones similares. (indispensable)
Experiência en proyectos y/o servicios de minería.
Perfil con conocimiento de Costos y Presupuestos
Conocimiento de control de gestión.
Conocimiento en gestión presupuestal.
Evaluación económica y financiera de proyectos.
Inglés avanzado/intermedio. (indispensable)
Conocimiento de ERP SAP MM, WM, Ellipse o afines.
Conocimiento de Excel avanzado y Power BI.
Office a nível intermedio.
Python (deseable)
