We are looking for a server or barista who is comfortable speaking in english to our clients, recommending our products, attentive to detail, and offering high quality service.

Our clients are our first priority

**Requirements**:
Intermediate - Conversational English is a MUST

Must be proactive and attentive to detail.

At least 1 year experience in the service industry

Available full-time 6 days a week, must be flexible.

Must me punctual, neat, and have a customer-oriented attitude.

Functions:
Must be comfortable speaking in english to our clients describing and recommending our products.

Offer personalized and empathic attention to our clients to uphold our stellar reviews.

Prepare drinks and pies with the upmost detail, ready to serve.

Always maintaining a clean work environment during service

Daily cleaning and inventory control.

**Benefits**:
We start with a basic salary of S/.1,150. Based on what skills you bring or how fast you learn you will receive a raise within that month, with a potential up to S/.1,400.

In addition to, we also offer a bonus at the end of the month based on your performance.

We will also train you as a barista if you do not have any formal training.
