The School provides quality education aimed at nurturing the development of the whole child concept, whilst emphasizing a solid foundation based on the Peruvian National Curriculum, the Inspired Reggio Emilia Approach and the PYP requirements.

Altair operates the IBO curriculum with the four programmes, PYP, MYP and IBDP.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Early Years specialist to join the senior leadership team to fully support parents, students and staff as they work towards whole school improvement. - The Head of Early Learning School (ELS) will be responsible for- Managing all staff programmes, curriculum content and assessment of the school.
- Support the Principal to lead the school and further develop the already strong provision of the ELS and PYP curriculum.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed. / PGCE or equivalent).
- Significant knowledge and experience teaching PYP and/or Reggio Emilia Philosophy. Minimum 5 Years Leadership Experience.
- High expectations of themselves with a professional working ethos and sound early years’ educational philosophy to drive the education agenda.
- Communication and leadership skills to motivate children, parent and staff.
